All of our work is conducted in Faraday enclosures to prevent external interference such as remote wiping or tampering with devices. We follow strict ISO-compliant procedures to ensure that the data is not altered during the extraction process, preserving its integrity for legal purposes.
Yes. We specialize in unlocking and extracting data from encrypted mobile
devices, including those from Apple and Android, using state-of-the-art forensic
tools. Successful unlocking and extraction of data largely depends on the Make,
Model, Firmware, and how the device is handled. We want you to be successful
and we can assist you with instructions or training on how best to handle mobile
devices to ensure success. Our best advice is if the phone is powered on, leave it
on, attach a battery and place it in a Faraday bag or wrap it in aluminum foil.
Don’t dare look at the screen, as Facial ID will see you as someone other than the
owner and put the phone in a BFU (Before First Unlock) mode, the worst state for
unlocking and recovery of data. Similarly don’t attempt to unlock the phone. If
the phone is currently unlocked when you seize it, it is best to call us right away
for additional instructions. AFU (After First Unlock) is the best state for the phone
to be in for unlocking and data recovery. If you find it that way, preserve it that
way.
We recover data from a wide range of devices, including smartphones, tablets,
laptops, and cloud-based systems. We employ advanced techniques to retrieve

We prioritize confidentiality and security in every case we handle. Our processes ensure that all data is treated with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
